The objective of this webinar is to discuss the management and challenges of anticoagulation in elderly and co-morbid AF patients after intracerebral haemorrhage by reviewing clinical evidence from randomized trials, real-world evidence from daily practice and by discussing clinical guidelines and practical recommendations. Professor Paciaroni will reflect on both, the management of the acute phase after a cerebrovascular event as well as long-term secondary stroke prevention in this high risk AF patient group.
